Online Tee Times
You must be registered in the Dubuque Golf & Country Club's
handicap system in order to access the tee reservation system.
Online Tee Time Reservation System
You can view the curent day and next seven days tee reservations, or make tee reservations online
- Type in your username (your last name, followed by the first initial of your first name -- John Smith would be smithj) and your password (which should have been set up through the club's handicap system) into the “Internet Tee Sheet Member Log In” and click “submit”. If you have not selected a password yet, or cannot remember your password, contact the golf shop to set it up.
- The current month should display, with the days available for reservations highlighted. You may only make reservations one week in advance, therefore only those days will be highlighted.
- Click on the day which you would like to view or make a reservation.
- Browse the tee sheet and, if you wish, select the time you would like to reserve by clicking on the time along the left margin. You can also join an existing group by clicking on an open slot in that group’s time.
- Your name will show as the first player. If you know the other players who will be playing, select them from the pull down list. If you are merely adding your name to a group, then select “continue”. Remember, only players who are registered on the DG&CC handicap system will show on the list.
- If you have guests, you can enter their names in the spaces on the right side. If there are no spaces to the right, then your selected reservation time does not allow guests.
- When you have entered all the players you wish, then select the number of holes you anticipate playing, and click on the “continue” button.
- A confirmation page will appear. If all the information is correct, click on the “confirm reservation” button. If you need to make any changes, click on the “back” button to return to the previous page.
- After confirmation, you can print your tee reservation, return to reservations or return to the DG&CC webpage.
- Most of the steps above are prompted by the program on-screen, and most of your questions should be explained on-line. From time to time, due to computer maintenance, the on-line system may not be available. You must then call the Golf Shop @ 583-9150 for tee reservations
