The golf course is an 18-hole, par 70 championship
course playing to a total of about 6,000 yards.
While not exceptionally long, the course requires
precision shot making and good course management,
and has played host to numerous state and association
championships. Water comes into play on four holes.
Its natural terrain and mature tree-lined fairways
challenge the experienced golfer, while providing
a playable experience for the up-and-coming golfer.
Multiple teeing areas ensure that golfers of every
skill enjoy their rounds. |

The Clubs year-round dining facilities
include both informal as well as fine dining.
During the summer, experience porch dining overlooking
the scenic golf course. Whether its a
casual lunch after a round of golf or a tennis
match, a business power lunch, a cocktail in
our rich looking historical bar and lounge,
or that special evening of elegant dining, we
have the atmosphere for you.
A variety of social events are offered for
all generations including adult theme parties,
famous restaurant nights, winemakers dinners
or tastings, family theme events, theme dinners,
how to classes, lecture series along
with other events throughout the year.

Full service catering and event coordination.
The Dubuque Golf and Country Club can host any
type of private function. It has become a place
to celebrate new beginnings such as weddings,
births and graduations, as well as a place to
cherish friends and family at birthday parties,
anniversary parties, and other special events.
Beside celebrations, the Club offers private rooms
for business meetings and presentations. |

The Dubuque Golf and Country Clubs Swimming
Pool Complex features a heated pool with a 12-foot
diving well, and a separate childrens wading
pool with a zero-depth entry. Both are surrounded
by an expansive deck with both comfortable lounge
chairs and umbrella-covered tables. The first
day of swimming begins on the Saturday of Memorial
Day Weekend. |

The Dubuque Golf and Country Club Tennis Complex
includes six outdoor, lighted, asphalt courts
and the Tennis Shop, fondly called the
Hut. The Clubs tennis season begins
the first week of May and runs through Labor
Day, culminating with the Tennis Awards Banquet.
The junior program is one of the best in Dubuque
offering introduction in singles and doubles
competition. |

Exercise and fitness have become very important
in todays society. Open to adults 18 years
and older, The Dubuque Golf and Country Club Fitness
Room features top-of-the-line workout equipment
and free weights. Fit in a workout before going
to the office, stop by on your lunch hour, or
at any time of the day for a couple of miles on
one of the treadmills or stationary bikes. |
